Information we collect
We collect information you submit, including your name, email, timezone, experience, goals, niche interests, revenue range, availability, website or profile, application answers, correspondence, agreed call records, program work, and documentation. Hosting and security providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser, device, request time, and security logs.
Why we use it
We use information to evaluate applications, reply to you, provide and improve coaching, secure the service, prevent abuse, maintain necessary records, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Relevant program messages are sent with consent where consent is required.
Legal bases
Depending on your location, processing may rely on consent, steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating and protecting Oprators. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing that was already lawful.
Sharing
We may share data with vetted hosting, database, email, scheduling, payment, security, professional-adviser, and legal-compliance providers only when needed. Optional analytics are currently disabled. We do not sell personal information. Testimonials and case studies require separate documented permission and must reflect a genuine experience.
Caching and device storage
Public pages, public articles, brand files, styles, and scripts may be cached by browsers and our hosting network for speed. Application submissions, admin pages, authentication responses, and private records are not intentionally placed in public caches. Your browser stores a theme choice only if you select light or dark mode, and it may remember that you dismissed the storage notice. See the Cookie and Storage Policy for names and durations.
Retention and security
Application records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for selection, communication, legal obligations, and dispute prevention. Program and transaction records may be kept longer when required. We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure cookies, validation, least-privilege credentials, monitoring, and provider safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Email legal@oprators.com with “Privacy request” and enough information for us to verify the request.
International transfers and children
Providers may process data in other countries using legally recognized safeguards where required. Oprators is intended for people legally able to enter the relevant agreement. It is not directed to children under 13, and minors may need a parent or guardian to consent or enter an agreement depending on local law.
