Who is Max Ferrer?

Max Ferrer is an AI consultant, AI operator, and the founder of Oprators. He helps businesses use practical AI systems to save time, remove bottlenecks, and improve the way work gets done. He created Oprators to help beginners and intermediate builders learn the part of AI that tutorials often miss: finding a real business problem, turning it into a useful solution, and getting a client to pay for the result.

Max began teaching himself artificial intelligence before ChatGPT was released. He was already interested in technology and coding, but the arrival of ChatGPT made the business opportunity much clearer. At fourteen, he saw that powerful AI was becoming available to ordinary people. He decided to go all in on learning how it worked and what could be built with it.

The first business did not work

Max first started an AI integration business called Integrate Now. The idea was simple: help companies add AI to their operations. The business never acquired a client.

That failure became one of the most important lessons behind Oprators. Max understood the technology, but he did not have a clear niche, a focused offer, or a reliable way to market himself. “AI integration” sounded interesting, but it did not tell a business owner which expensive problem would be solved.

The lesson was direct: businesses do not buy AI because it is impressive. They buy faster delivery, fewer mistakes, lower costs, better follow-up, and more revenue.

From technical skill to operating skill

After trying other businesses and side projects, Max returned to AI with a better way of thinking. He founded One1 Studio and focused on custom AI solutions tied to specific business outcomes. That approach led to real clients and real revenue.

The difference was not one secret tool. It was learning how to walk into a business, study the workflow, find the bottleneck, calculate what the problem costs, and design the simplest useful system. This is the core work of an AI operator.

An AI operator does not need to know every model or automation platform. An operator needs enough technical skill to build, enough business judgment to choose the right problem, and enough communication skill to make the value obvious to a client.

Why Max Ferrer created Oprators

Max spent years learning through trial, failure, scattered tutorials, and real client work. He wished he had a mentor who could tell him what mattered, what to ignore, and how to connect technical learning to a focused offer.

That is why he created Oprators. The program gives aspiring AI operators personalized strategy, at least two calls every week, help choosing a niche, feedback on their systems and offers, and support while they work toward their first clients.

The current founding group is limited to five people with no coaching fee before they start. Results are never guaranteed, but the work is organized around a clear target: build a useful skill, create a focused offer, reach real buyers, and work toward the first $5,000 in collected client revenue.

Use AI to build, not to think

Max Ferrer’s personal motto is “Use AI to build, not to think.” It does not mean avoiding AI for research or support. It means keeping responsibility for judgment, taste, strategy, and original ideas.

AI can help you code faster, test ideas, organize information, create drafts, and produce more work. But if you let it decide what you believe, what problem matters, or what your business should become, you give away the creativity that makes your work valuable.

The Oprators philosophy is to use AI aggressively for execution while protecting human judgment. That is how a beginner becomes more than a tool user. That is how someone becomes an operator.

If that approach fits the way you want to learn, read how the Oprators program works or apply for a founding place.
